All out trainers work exclusively with one language, be it French, German, English, Spanish or Japanese, this ensures continuety in your training and helps build a good working relationship in the classroom.

The teaching faculty are fully qualified and have years of experience in the classroom as well as practical experience with their language specialization.

They undergo a stringent interview, assessment along with trial training sessions before taking up their position in Lexica.

Once a trainer is working with us we regularly undertake appraisals of their work to check on teaching quality and that the  desired outcomes of our students are being met.
